Michael
Lucas

He's the medulla oblongata of 301 Films, modulating our every creative
breath and collective heartbeat, and he's been slogging through the gore-filled trenches of independent filmmaking for years. Educated with a vanguard group of filmmakers at the North Carolina School of the Arts, Lucas has over a dozen short form and feature-length films under his belt, including Awake (winner of Best Digital Short at the 2002 Georgetown Independent Film Festival) and Sustenance (winner of the audience choice award at the W.A.R.P. Film Fest in Durham, NC). Michael Lucas currently resides in Chapel Hill, NC emulates Chuck Norris with his spoiled, inconsolable golden retriever, Sister Sunny Love.

Cameron
Price

A
veritable cornucopia of pop culture knowledge, Cameron Price is the walking
IMDb of Chapel Hill. He has been a staple
at VisArt
Video for several years, where he is alternately referred to as "the
poor man's Johnny Depp," and more recently, "the Bruce Campbell
of 301 Films." As a writer, producer, and actor, Price has been involved
in a number of 301 films (including roles in Awake, Rainy Storm, and
Sustenance), and is often ridiculed for his love of pratfalls
and fight sequences. Watch for a great series of comedy shorts written
and directed by Cameron (featuring Alec Grossman) in the near future.

Alec Grossman
Alec Grossman has been a staple of immeasurable holding power in the life-script of 301 Films. From the snowy, Twain-inspired terrain of By and By, to the ghetto-fabulous back alleys of Rainy Storm, Alec has flexed his mental and physical muscles to bring us performances that rock the head ... and the heart. And as the other members of 301 can attest, Alec is a true Renaissance man. Known for his love of witticisms, mass breakbeats, and all things limited edition, Alec gives everyone that tingly, halcyon feeling - for his laughter is the laughter of a child ... a burly, southern, pedantic, iPod-toting, toy-collecting, Jewish child.
(Thanks to Alec's brother Seth, 301 is officially two degress of Kevin Bacon.)

Mac Lomax
Lomax has risen from the grave to become one of the finest writers and performers in the 301 Films arsenal. His range and acting expertise have transcended genre and the space-time continuum. From the lowly, isolated, starving suburbanite in Sustenance, to the uppity, spasmodic, nearly-nude, drunken redneck in Jersey Shore, Mac portrays the awesome nature of truth. Mac is also co-writer of the dreadfully pomo 301 Films project Set, that—for all its faults—managed to elicit this blurb from David Fellerath. When not making a fool of himself and others by yelling something like "SHREDDERS!" or, in an overwrought stereotypical 'bama accent (filtered through his own Dillon County drawl), "GOD DAMN BOY, WHAT THE HELL?!" at highly inappropriate moments, Mac enjoys burritos, bonobos, and bitterly broadcasting his bilious bluster to beggarly bastards in backrooms. (And as you can tell, he relies on alliteration to obfuscate his paltry and "awfully tired" [ref.] use of Deadwoodisms like "I'm fucked up, Mr. Tolliver," and "Fuck yourself, and don't act entitled.")
