SUSTENANCE

Writer-director Michael Lucas and Mac Lomax jotted down the idea for this short in one half-hour session using notecards, pens, and beer. The result? A film about being very, very hungry.

Sustenance was shot entirely on location at 301 over a period of one week. Fellow filmmaker Jeff Seibenick was on hand to provide both moral support and his sagacious editing skills. Starring veteran 301 actor and comedic dynamo Cameron Price, Sustenance is a causative exploration of a scenario rarely visited in the canon of horror.

Sustenance won the audience choice award upon its premiere at the W.A.R.P. Festival in Durham, NC.
